Therefore, we would like to inform you about your rights under the Code No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("CPPD"), which is currently in force in order for the preservation of your fundamental rights and freedoms, in relation to the use and protection of your personal data.

Personal data is defined as any information or data that is related to an identified or identifiable natural person. Accordingly; your first name, last name, electronic mail address and phone number, which you disclose to our party, are considered to be and designated as personal data.
2. What is the purpose of our collecting your personal data?
We collect your personal data with a view to fulfill our legal obligations on account of your product and service relation with BESIKTAS SPORTIF A.S. and to keep you updated on the developments within the organization of our Club, and process the same accordingly.

Your personal data may be disclosed to the direct/indirect subsidiaries, which are based at home/in abroad, of BESIKTAS SPORTIF A.S., the entities and organizations, being our business partners, which jointly represent our party through the course of the business relation and/or with which we cooperate for the purpose of the maintenance of our activities, and the persons and entities, who or which are based at home/ in abroad, and from whom or which we procure service for the storage of the data in cloud environment. Your personal data may also be disclosed to courts and other public authorities on account of and in such an extent that is limited to our legal obligations.

Your personal data, which you disclose to BESIKTAS SPORTIF A.S., are stored in compliance with the applicable acts, codes and regulations, the provisions of the CPPD and the applicable standards of BESIKTAS SPORTIF A.S.
5. For how long do we retain your personal data?
We, being BESIKTAS SPORTIF A.S., store and retain your personal data in strict compliance with the CPPD. In accordance with the provisions of Article 7/f.1 of the CPPD, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or will continue being used after being anonymized when the purpose of processing of the same no longer exists and/or the periods of prescription, which are strictly provided by the applicable regulations for our processing of your data, expire.
6. What are your rights under the Code on the Protection of Personal Data
According to the applicable regulations regarding your personal data, which are processed; you have the right to learn whether or not the your personal data are or have been processed, to request information as to processing if your personal data have been processed, to learn the purpose of processing of your personal data and whether the data are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties based at home or in abroad, to whom your personal data have been transferred, to request rectification in case your personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the applicable acts, codes and regulations, to request notification of the operations performed as a consequence of such requests as rectification, deletion and destruction to third parties, to whom your personal data have been transferred, in the cases where your personal data have been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to object to occurrence of any result that is to your detriment by means of analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems, and to claim compensation for the damages in case you incur damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data. We respond to your applications for the exercise of any of your rights mentioned above, which you may file through the Application Form that is available on our website, within the legally prescribed period of time.
